Welcome new NaoMod member!

In the following pages you will find some needed information about your stay in NaoMod:

If you stay more than one month, here are the first tasks that you must do at the start of your contract:

• Learn about Matrix here, and ask for an invite to the Naomod space from the Matrix responsible
• Ask the IMT-A department secretary to create a IMT-A account and an access card
• Contact Virginie Dupont to get documents to join the LS2N laboratory
• Ask the responsible for mailing lists to be added to the mailing lists (of the team, of the department, of the labs...)
• Send to the team mailing list an e-mail with your contacts: e-mail address for official communication, etc..

Departure

• TODO: Give hardware to the hardware responsible ([see responsibilities][responsibilities])
• TODO: Give the key to the department secretary
• TODO: Give the card to the department secretary
  • first, take your money back from the cafeteria
