Description

@JoelCourtney has been working on the Procedural Scheduling backend branch: feature/procedural-scheduling. However - this branch was mostly built on an older version of the Aerie backend. We are now working on rebasing the branch, however some new issues with procedural scheduling + simulation have popped up when testing the integrated version - these seem to be mostly related to changes to the Sim Engine for the Checkpoint Simulation branch: #1323

We're now working on debugging these issues - @JoelCourtney please add relevant details in comments below if it's useful to discuss them. Thanks!
