The application works based on cosine similarity. The machine learning model is used on the backend of the application. The frontend is developed by using Streamlit: a well-known web framework of Python. The timeline of this project was pretty congested. So this application has some bugs which need to be fixed in the future.

This project was a part of my Software Engineering course labwork. Here I along with my teammates developed a Bangla movie recommendation application. There is a handsome amount of English movie recommendation systems available on the internet. But there is a scarcity of Bangla movie recommendation systems. As this lab work had to be completed within two weeks, we had to keep it simple. We have a plan to add more movies to the dataset in the future.
