Problem Statement

When navigating between different sections of the navbar the page sometimes doesn't reset the scroll position to the top. This can result in an inconsistent user experience, especially when the user is navigating between different content sections and expects the view to always start from the top.

Proposed Solution

Add a mechanism that ensures the page scrolls to the top whenever a navbar button is clicked.
