Handle many package managers installed side by side

Similar to the central repo issue, the earlier the better here - until this is default in Mudlet, people will be including it into their packages themselves and the tool needs to be able to handle this nicely. This could mean disabling other instances or just making sure not to double-do things when 5 mpkg help aliases are called.
