~~ First TDAQ Project Meeting of 2025 ~~

Merrill -- Posted slides to docdb 51251. Have Calorimeter .bob file from Antonio. Have meeting setup with Antonio and Elenora/Luca to discuss alarms and next steps. Still working on automatically starting Pheobus at reboot (using xterm seems to work) - thinking about graceful shutdown (will get consensus w/Glenn), tested at South Alabama.

Antonio -- Working Elenor/Luca to setup environment at dcs-01 for Calorimeter HV/LV power supplies (need to check IP addresses) in DAQ room. Reinstalling new ots version from scratch for DCS in daq room (working with Eric). Thinking about web GUI view of Run Conditions DB, and other input fields instead of large blob. Could use ECL Logbook GUI as a starting point.

Joe -- DTC/Timing Cards full assembly search conclusions: ~3 unlocated, remaining are known locations. DTC install still a few remain to do. In Spring, still need to move ~6 servers from g-2. Status of DTC fans and jtag? And DTC timing chain fibers? (Joe will report in 2 weeks) Need to coordinate fiber install with Greg R; Greg created cassette helper doc, docdb 37376. Joe will start to take inventory of which fibers need to be ordered. Regarding CFO-01 motherboard failure, Joe and Jason inspected DTC/Timing card - initial symptom JTAG wouldn’t program and then server wouldn’t boot - Joe saw substantial burn marks at 12V connector of DTC and on USB/server-side of JTAG red box, and burn mark at server USB port. Jason/Joe removed 2 caps at 12V input, and DTC turned on seemingly correctly (checked DC/DC convertors) - ordered more DTC caps, concluded does not seem problem was at DTC. Vendor waiting on delivery 2nd replacement motherboard as of 09-Jan-2024. SLAM/Eric say do not trust PSU 12V (not regulated well); newer machines have been using PCIe slot power (?) -- Joe has been defaulting to Molex connector (because secondary fan needs this power supply). Cfo-01 was using the Molex connector. PCIe connector is better regulated, but would require modifying/adapter (Jason already was looking into an adapter). Cfo-01 was a newer machine (same purchase as mu2edaq17-22).

Greg -- presented new fiber diagram docdb 37376. Noted, we should label the CFO long fibers, the EVB fibers, and the MTP long run fibers.

Ryan -- will ping Jason on ordering +1 of long run of MTP, then will want to install the 7 spares soon. Ask Alex to test 7 fibers before install. All of the work by Giani,et al during end-of-24 committed and merged. ECL Logbook web gui was revived and is fully functional. Starting physical EVB tests in DAQ room. Giani is moving to do some larger scale tests in the DAQ room. Javier working on Avalanche. Matthew interested in working on Mobile Synchronization Checker Golden Timing unit. Asked fiber vendors for delivery schedule updates. Thinking about completing Transtion to Operations documents.
