Changes :

Support for Visual Studio 2013 (ReSharper 8 only).
Support for the new <#@ include file="..." once="true" #> attribute in VS2013.
Fixed a bug where namespaces weren't correctly imported in some occasions when an include file was present.

For ReSharper 8.0, please use the built-in extension manager rather than the provided MSI file.
