Hi,

Are there know issues building in WSL? All of the SDK (like piu/balls) examples work well in the simulator, but hackberry-hand fails with: 'Cannot open ~/.config/tech.moddable.simulator.so' popup in the simulator.

Hi @barbiani. Can you tell me a bit more about your setup here? Do you have an x-server running within WSL or do you have a Windows x-server that WSL is connecting to? I'd like to try to replicate your setup to see if I can hunt this issue down.

Hi. I am running WSL2 and VcXsrv version 1.20.1.4.

The sdk was setup the linux way. The simulator opens with no errors when invoked directly in the command line. Also, piu examples run perfectly as they always did before.

Yesterday I downloaded the hand app.

With no simulator open... first call to mcconfig gives:

ps aux shows:
/mnt/c/future/moddable/build/bin/lin/debug/simulator /mnt/c/future/moddable/build/bin/lin/release/mc/app/mc.so

Leaving the simulator opened and invoking mcconfig again:
