We need a special writer mode to compose lengthy texts with the support of AI. We're considering 30-page scientific journal articles, 70-page project plans, and novels of up to 800 pages.

After the first experiment (see PR #167), the current plan is as follows:

  • We need a continuous text display. However, the user must be able to select individual sentences or paragraphs.
  • At the bottom, there will be a prompt input field. Users can switch between two modes via a dropdown menu: the prompt can either be used to continue writing the text or to provide directing instructions for the selected text.
  • With these directing instructions, users should be able to control the AI—for example, to revise writing style or adjust narrative tension.
