hi,
I am new to R and working with samr package.
I am getting this error " can not allocate vector of size 20.3Mb" after running SAM and do not know how to solve it.
I hope anyone can help.

Hmm.. I think the issue has to do with R memory allocation (for big data) and I don't really know the solution for it unfortunately..
