What happened?

Mouse cursor doesn't vanish during video playback which is frustrating experience.

You can repo in any streaming player.

Importance

Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.

We are able to repro this issue. This is specific to UWP and does not reproduce in WPF. Internal tracking bug will be created to work on this issue.
