Incorrect number of days listed for 10 years (as used to calculate displaying a date or the text "forever") #722

The following content is incorrect

The number of days to consider the lease valid. A retention lease valid for more than 100 years (36500 days) will display as retaining the build "forever".

36500 is roughly 25 days less than 100 years and it seems that this is how the display validates "forever" I tested with leases of 36500 days which displayed a date (and not "forever") and with 36526 and which displayed as retaining "forever"
