I WANT to view a potential employee's deployed portfolio of work samples
SO THAT I can assess whether they're a good candidate for an open position
When User load the page they can see the two part one with the menu and the other is the contents.
It should include all the information in the resume.
When I click the menu it directs me to the right section of the page.
