Requirements 20 g NaOH 50ml distilled water
Method
Add 20 g NaOH to a suitable container (50 mL FALCON tube).
Add distilled water to make solution up to 100ml.
This solution does not need to be autoclaved.
Store at room temperature indefinitely.
