We how have access to the two login nodes again, so you should be able to resume work as normal now. Please let us know if you experience any further issues. We'll also investigate why the login nodes remained unavailable after the power was restored, this has happened before, and we thought we had previously fixed that issue. Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused. |

A power event within the in the Exeter area on Sunday morning (05/01) caused a brief loss of power to the HQ, which resulted in XCS being taken down. The login nodes were rebooted by Cray, but the nodes xcslc[0-1] remain inaccessible and is currently being investigated further.
We will post all service status updates here.
