VisionFive2 stmmac not working

@roberth unsure if you're seeing the same, but I flashed this repo to my visionfive2 today, and i dont see either of the stmmac interfaces, but I do see they have been built in /proc/config.gz

Known issue before I start digging in?

I didn't get the ethernet interfaces to work either. I have no idea why, but the finicky kernel is a red flag. Haven't tried a different kernel, and I haven't tried many changes to the config nor any patches. So that's neithernet for me so far ;)
