Autumn 2023: UI REBUILD

The UI is something I've had gripes with for the whole duration of this tool. Rebuilding the UI with ShoeLace is the plan for this autumn. Some of the things that need to be worked up:

• Remove the Splitter - modification of pane sizes
• Make all components use shoelace instead of this proprietary component stuff
• Move Scroll Into View to the same header as the component name
• Make the search bar prettier, smaller and clearer
• Remove the "Hide HTML Tag descriptions" button
• Allow for the spotlight to work with mouse (like normal devtools)
• Clarify the attribute-property-event listings and make them clearer to read
