Idle time is not functioning correctly #50
Comments
Thanks for opening this. Could you give me some more details about your set-up? Which OS, which notifications do you have enabled, do you have the ding on or off? I'll try and reproduce and figure out what's going on. |
Mac OS X (Version 10.7.1) I dont have any of the notifications enabled, and the ding is off. Other users are also having this same issue, and are using Windows or Ubuntu, and same version of Chrome. Please let me know if you need any further information :) Thanks! |
Here's an example of what I see: http://cl.ly/2d2E0m1q2E0c2c2n161o It says that user has been idle for more than an hour and I've been talking to her the entire time while she has been in the room. If other users come in, it would give them the same idle time as well. |
I'm getting the same issue, although I always thought it was a conflict between TTEx and TT+. Let me know if you need any additional info, but orenji's screenshot is pretty much what I get after a while... TTEx just gives up and doesn't bother printing idle times for certain people (or perhaps the extension is failing to init idle timers for new DJs) |
I'm having the same issue. I'm using Chrome 18.0.1025.168 m |
Idle time stays the same for every DJ and it is not showing the true idle time.
