Society (job) owned vehicles don't go to impound

This is something that bothers me for some time.
Society vehicles don't end up in impound and when they're parked out they're written in a different way too.

Personal vehicle that is in impound (stored in NULL)

LSPD vehicle that is not in impound for whatever reason (stored in none)
