Our multi-modal data included clinical data (clinical records and laboratory results), CT images, and radiologists’ semantic features. And the follow-up outcomes with time intervals of each patient.
(1) Clinical records:
(a) demographics: age and gender;
(b) comorbidities (0: No such a comorbidity; 1: Has such a comorbidity; [blank]: unknown): coronary heart disease (CVD), diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD), chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, and carcinoma (cancer);
(c) clinical symptoms (0: No such a comorbidity; 1: Has such a comorbidity; [blank]: unknown): fever, cough, myalgia (muscle sourness), fatigue, headache, nausea or vomiting (nausea), diarrhea, abdominal pain, and dyspnea.
(2) Laboratory results ([blank]: unknown)):
(a) blood routine: white blood cell (WBC) count (× 10⁹/L), neutrophil count (neutrophil) (× 10⁹/L), lymphocyte count (lymphocyte) (× 10⁹/L), platelet count (platelet) (× 10⁹/L), and hemoglobin (g/L);
(b) coagulation function: prothrombin time (PT) (s), activated partial thromboplastin time (appt) (s), and D-dimer (ddimer) (mg/L);
