…won't be enabled in this case - see LDKController.SetNotificationSettingsAction, starting line 519 (container 'EHR' is not the root so setServiceEnabled() won't be reached, hence, NotificationService.get().isServiceEnabled() will always return false). NotificationService.get().isActive() is a sufficient check.
