This looks good. Approved.
This change was to make the Allowable SLAs panel match the report linked in the Protocol Reports panel as "VIEW THE NUMBER OF SMALL LAB ANIMALS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PROTOCOL." The prior panel report had a bug when more than one protocol is active in eIACUC2.
