@sanskritilabroo When you mentioned about Video to Frames Convertor i thought some big project. We have this project already first of all you need to check the contributing.md file first. anyways thanks.

Fixes #1035 - I have added a Video to Frames Convertor script created using OpenCV and Python under Desktop Applications.
