OSRAM Smartplug+ does not update state

What happened?

Device: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/AB3257001NJ.html

If I switch ON or OFF the device using the physical button, Z2M doesn't update the state.

Pressing the state update button gives the correct state:

The same problem has been addressed already in #19769
but the proposed solution was to update to 1.34.0

What did you expect to happen?

I expect to see the state updated in Z2M/HA, my Aqara SP-EUC01 plugs work as expected.

I just checked again, mine are working OK now with 1.40.1 and 20240710, seems to be fixed for me.
