Stratum proxy for algo SHA256D

Installation:

1. Install nodejs
2. Download and unzip the proxy
3. Go to the Stratum-proxy-SHA256-1.1.0 folder
4. Set dependencies npm i ./src/Proxy/
5. Run node ./src/Proxy/

Or use the win32 assembly
