Current implementation:

do {
  Copy-Item -Path "C:\Users\User\Documents\MyFile.txt" -Destination "D:\MyFile.txt" -Force; Start-Sleep -Seconds 300
} while ($true)

Better implementation:

  • Use Get-FileHash to determine if file has changed
  • Parameterize with SourcePath, DestinationPath, and Seconds
