Tailwind forces an extra HTML-based abstraction layer for a CSS job. This is always going to be an anti-pattern. On balance, I think it's slightly worse than just using inline CSS – either via Styled Components or "vanilla CSS". At least inline CSS doesn't force me to memorize a bunch of new class names.

On the other hand, we mix HTML and TS in a Vue or Rect component...

UnoCss has great interactive documentation and you can hover over the code to get the corresponding css. UnoCss also allows you to create shortcuts and you can easily create your own style classes inside the config.

In general, I can say that UnoCss is much more fun than Tailwind, but you should always consider whether you want to use such a tool for a project. You only need it if you are writing a lot of styles from scratch.
