Texture rendering error on 1.7.10

I downloaded this mod, ivtoolkit, everything you need in general. I go into the game, and I have a full bruh there. The textures are all floating and nothing is plowing. I thought the problem was that I was playing with pojav launcher, but a friend on a PC has the same problem...
