Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently workflow names are just Build MDANSE and run tests on macOS-latest which doesn't detail all the specification of the tests. Also, due to the length of the test name the important details are mostly hidden behind elision (on the issues page you can only see Build MDANSE and run tests o....

Describe the solution you'd like
A name which also includes the Python version such as:
[macOS-latest-3.9] Build MDANSE and run tests
