Thoughts on renaming the "gene list manager" the "gene list explorer"?

See title. I'm proposing this to keep it consistent with the "dataset explorer", which used to be the "dataset manager". You can certainly use the gene cart manager to explore gene carts (at least public ones). Plus eventually there will be some "quick transformation" actions for gene carts which aid in the explorer mentality
