Similarly to 85694a2 we should remove rich text from FieldReport Admin's summary and their translations. Otherwise in the title we'll see litteraly <p>NAM: Drought - 05-2024 - Nam: Drought 2024/2025</p> in the title.
There is a difficulty with the fix: we can not prevent simply the .mt-field-summary-en and siblings from rich text editor, because in the emergency pages the same field names must be in rich text.
