upload gui creates too many geo items in draft doi

When minting a draft doi for the 2023 ecosystem interim-L2 collection at https://meta.icos-cp.eu/collections/J2BoK_yyL_sJ5RKKiKrOa4sa the upload gui created draft doi 10.18160/8YWF-W6CC with not just the station coordinates as geolocations, but also for all geographical elements like Control Points, plots, instruments connected to the datasets. Default this should be limited to just station coordinates

Tested and still behavior is the same, DOI still contains all geo objects, not just the stations

Was not fixed by #251. Stations appear double in doi geo metadata and still all instruments appear in the geodata. Fixed this manually in 10.18160/JYAR-7YEH after generating the doi metadata in uploadgui for https://meta.icos-cp.eu/collections/J2BoK_yyL_sJ5RKKiKrOa4sa
