Unable to install the IBM Storage Protect - IBM Cloud using Terrafrom

Hello Team,

We are having trouble installing IBM Storage Protect - IBM Cloud using Terraform (Version 8.1.11).

The issue seems to be with the COS bucket creation. The Terraform Apply process failed because the bucket name is not available. The script (do_sp_create_bucket.py) is supposed to create a new bucket if it doesn’t exist, but that isn’t happening.
