When running hyperfoil there is a dependency on Java 8.

Installing this dependency before starting controller or agents is a good idea.
This was identified as an issue for adoption of Hyperfoil in the perftest-toolkit project.

Proposing the addition of a command to install the package. using a platform specific package name.
