i tried disabling Bitdefender (not paid trial) but it wont allow me to run the c++ code, i already have the multi handler ready on kali. This issue is on windows, vs code. Is it a code related issue?

bro i told you already u first have to disable bitdefender, THEN run the script, or else bitd is gonna quarantine the path or something like that, basically you can avoid this by simply making a new cpp file and run it, or close/open vs code. Also make sure u disabled all bitd protection stuff, cuz there isnt just one button that turns the entire antivirus off, there are multiple functions u gotta turn off

turns out i only disabled real time protection, had to disable virus protection too.
