We don't have a plan for this kind of event due to two issues: i) we don't know yet what triggers this kind of change; and ii) we don't know which SCMB topic holds events of this kind. Our current plan to solve the first issue is the suggestion by @danielreed of applying a Server Profile with a connection and then removing the used card (via DCS CLI) should lead to a Critical state.

OneView DCS CLI does not allow to remove the mezz card of a blade currently connected to the enclosure. The following message is presented:

DCS $ removemezzcard 3
Blade is Connected to Enclosure. Cant Remove the Mezz card

The verb setstatus of the enclosure can be used to change the status for the whole enclosure, triggering a change in the status of all blades connected to it. Unfortunately, the change took quite long to be noticed by OneView and I missed the event.
