Updated publication target for library links
release isn't an allowed option, switch to "trial-use"

relative links are broken, no longer work with publisher. To understand how these links work, look at: * input/includes/menu.xml * input/includes/relative-link.html * input/data/links.yml * sushi-config.yml
I'm not certain what the released IG url for STU2 should be, but it definitely doesn't yet work.
