Hello - are there any plan to release a new version with dorado models?

Need to switch from using Clair-Ensemble to using Clair3. Are you using ClusterV for HIV or some other species?

Hello, we have updated clusterV to use Clair3 now. If you wish to use other models, you can do so by specifying the --clair3_model_path option. For detailed instructions, please refer to the section Changing pre-trained models of Clair3 in the README.

Note: If the --clair3_model_path is not specified, the model will default to '../Clair3/models/ont', which is the r941_prom_hac_g360+g422 model. You can change this to use the latest dorado model. For example, you can download the r1041_e82_400bps_sup_v500_model and pass the path to ClusterV using the --clair3_model_path option.
