Some things to double-check:

all good report narrative moved into the new .Rmd
remove old figures
save tm_ versions of earlier figures with similar color scheme (e.g. covid_rates and disability_rates)
regenerate PDF and HTML report
make sure updated versions of data files are saved
update metadata
what caused all the figure pdf's to be saved in results folder?
other things?
register version
