This feature is broken on new version: 2.44.1694:

Scroll up/down:	Ctrl + Up/Ctrl + Down

Reference doc: https://googlecloudplatform.github.io/iap-desktop/keyboard-shortcuts/

I suppose this issue is related to: New terminal: The SSH terminal is now based on the same component that powers the Windows Terminal.

Wishlist: It would be nice to have a Ctrl+Page Up/Down to scroll the page (not just a line).

Yes, I removed the Ctrl + Up/Ctrl + Down shortcut when porting the terminal. The corresponding setting is gone too:

There wasn't any technical reason for dropping the shortcut, it was just that it was low on the priority list.

Re-implementing this shortcut shouldn't be a big deal -- so I'll keep this issue open. In the meantime, I'll update the docs.
