[SB] 'Please enter the valid URL' error message is getting while importing the study in the study builder #5116

Steps:

  1. Edit the study
  2. Navigate to 'Actions' screen
  3. Click on 'Export' button
  4. Copy the URL
  5. Go to study list screen
  6. Click on Import button and enter the URL and Verify

AR: Getting 'Please enter the valid URL' error message is getting while importing the study in the study builder
ER: Should not get any error and study should be imported

Issue is fixed in the latest dev instance
