Describe the request

Tuba currently doesn't show a "What's New" page button in its About dialog. LibAdwaita offers a convenience function for this, to show the app's release notes: https://gnome.pages.gitlab.gnome.org/libadwaita/doc/main/property.AboutDialog.release-notes.html

If that can be useful as examples of implementations and how it behaves in practice, apps I found that already implement this include: stable releases of GNOME Calendar, Shortwave, Showtime, Papers, GNOME System Monitor, Decibels, Warp, etc.

If you deem this idea impractical, feel free to decline this suggestion :)
