It would be amazing to play games from the snes or other consoles offline.

I've been working on adding WebRetro (RetroArch in browser) for a while, idk if it's the same but it's pretty close.

There are definitely some simularites between the two but the reason I ask for Emulatorjs is due to it being more up to date and the high snes compatibility shown in this Super Mario World ROM patcher. The performance is also very good on my crappy chromebook.
