Toelichting
Het gebruiksgemak en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van alle gebruikersinterfaces kan voor beheerders, medewerkers en burgers verhoogd worden door een goede help-functie, die beschrijft hoe zij de aangeboden functionaliteiten kunnen gebruiken en hoe zij kunnen handelen bij problemen. Als oplossingen kan men denken aan handleidingen, instructie-filmpjes, mouse-over toelichtingen, wizards, etc.

! Wellicht is het raadzaam eerst een UX-onderzoek in te stellen.
? 20-02-2025 Dit kun je groot of klein maken. Kunnen we niet op korte termijn al instructiefilmpjes maken o.i.d.?
