"Are everyone" in 1 Corinthians 12:29 sounds odd to me, but it's not clear to me what the best remedy would be. One option would be "Is everyone a missionary, or everyone a prophet, or a teacher, or doing miracles?" Another would be "Are you all missionaries, or all prophets, or teachers, or doing miracles?" Or, if you think the implicit scope of the "all" is wider, then "Are people all missionaries, or all prophets, or teachers, or doing miracles?"
