Welcome to the nlp-airflow-dags wiki!

This holds the Airflow workflows for the Fred Hutch De-Identification/Resynthesis Pipeline. Diagram of Airflow Workflows

The workflows are divided into three logically separated scripts:

  1. Pull New Notes from Cortex and Identify PHI
  2. Check Notes Submitted to brat for Manual Review Complete
  3. Resynthesize PHI in Clinic Notes and Place in Data Asset Storage
