Ethos 1.6.2 - GB sound pack voice now male #5223

The default voice for GB English sound files has changed from female in V1.6.1 to male in V1.6.2, US English sound files remain unchanged.

This creates a lot of work converting sound files for consistency for those of us who have dozens of other sound files associated with templates and special functions.
