Trying to update frsky x20s, internal module not found

Hi there, I’ve started the process of updating my my x20s with ethos suite 1.6.1, when I plug the radio in the internal module doesn’t show up and says it can’t be found.. any help please.

• Make sure that you have selected one model in the radio that has the internal module ON. If you have the internal module OFF Ethos might not recognize the internal module.
• After that, connet your radio in Bootloader mode (having the radio off, press and maintain the enter button and turn on the radio).
• You should see in the screen 'Bootloader mode'
• Then connect the radio to the computer using the USB cable
• Open Ethos suite 1.6.1 After some seconds, you will se the radio in the Suite.
• Go to the parameters of the suite and select 'Github' server
• The suite will tell you that there is a new firmware named Ethos 1.6.2 and update everything.
• The suite will inmediately update the internal module of the radio, if needed
