Windows 10 download of Ethos Suite 1.6.0 Trusted .exe file

I have windows 10, i tried to download the Ethos Suite 1.6.0 file but after it downloaded it says " uncommon file .. be sure to Trust it before opening. How do I tell my system to Trust the website exactly. i tried internet options, opened the boxes, selected trusted, added website .. github.com applied closed then downloaded the file.. still same problem. .. Im very frustrated just want to get my readio updated to latest.. thanks.
