logical switch 3 positions

is it possible to replace a 3-position switch with a programmable unstable switch?
the 3-position switch gives me a state A, B, C, I would like a push button to give me these 3 same positions with this programming
initial state: B
short press: toggle to state A
short press: toggle to state B
long press from state A or B: toggle to state C
short press from state C: toggle to state B
the reason for my request is that on my x20S, I find that the switches do not "fall to hand" and I would like to replace this 3-position switch at the top of the radio, with a micro push button on the side within immediate reach, and without confusion, of my fingers
